Whoa! Nice work. So glad someone reached the end screen :) Not a bad time either! I apologize for the advance year feature :/ we have ideas on how to fix it and I'll try to get to that soon. The reason it gets so slow is because the game is actually running a year's worth of the underlying simulation so it's perfectly accurate (why on earth I did this I have no idea lol), and when you level up global speed, it effectively increases the amount of compute required to simulate the year... not to mention the lack of proper multithreading in browser renders it very very slow. Thanks so much for sticking it out, congratulations on making the world a comfy place, and an even bigger congratulations on winning the Comfy Jam!
Yeah I assumed that was likely what was going on haha I'll say I don't even think the fact that it's so long is the worst thing (though it's far from ideal), it's moreso that after you reach a certain level and can't actually increase your stuff any more, percentage still increases soooo slowly that you effectively need to use time skips if you want to be done without waiting an actual year haha

Pretty fun! I wish the fast forwarding was faster though, at the end there it would legitimately take more than an hour to fast-forward a year
